Yuliia Khudolii
Graphic Designer & Freelance Professional
Yuliia Khudolii was born in Kyiv, Ukraine, and studied at the College of Technology and Design at KNUTD in Kyiv. From a young age, she was fascinated by the gaming industry, dreaming of creating characters, backgrounds, and textures for computer and mobile games. Initially, she planned to study game design, but since the program was not offered at her college, she chose graphic design instead, which included web design, digital projects, print design, and even some 3D work. This decision marked the beginning of her professional journey in graphic design.
Early in her career, Yuliia completed small test projects such as creating business cards, website banners, and other visual assets. She worked in several companies, gradually gaining experience, and eventually held a position as a full-time designer managing projects for three companies simultaneously over the course of a year.
Today, Yuliia is developing her freelance career, enjoying the flexibility of managing her own schedule and projects. She works with clients on Upwork and promotes her Etsy shop, PixelStageStudio, where she offers high-quality mockups and design resources for other creatives. Her primary tools include Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, with additional skills in Figma, Canva, InDesign, and 3D Blender.
Yuliia draws her greatest inspiration from seeing her designs come to life in the real world, on storefronts, displays, printed materials, and digital products. “Walking past my own work and seeing it being used gives me pride and reminds me why I chose this profession,” she says.
In the future, Yuliia aims to establish her own design studio and build a sustainable business model, including passive income through digital products like her Etsy shop, while continuing to inspire others through her visual work.
